LANGHE ARNEIS DOC “RÏVERA”

Ancient grapevine species of the Alba area, grown on the left-hand side of the river Tanaro, where it was probably originated. The wine produced from this grapevine is very scented, pleasant, well refined. It is better if it is drunk still young, when its smell characteristics coming straight from the grapes are most evident.

COLOUR: straw yellow with light green hues
BOUQUET: delicate and appealing, with sensations of broom and camomile flowers, and final scents of peach and melon
TASTE: harmoniously dry, with a light sourish hint giving the wine freshness and persistence
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 8/10° C
FOODS TO BE SERVED WITH: aperitifs, starters made with fish and shellfish, but it can also match with typical Piedmontese hors-d’oeuvre made.
