Dolcetto d’Alba D.O.C (controlled origin denomination)
This wine comes from the high hills of the Langhe, but it has found its ideal area in the countryside of Alba and Dogliani.
It gets its name from the sweet grapes it comes from, but, in spite of its name – “dolce” means sweet -, it is definitely dry and pleasantly and moderately bitter.

Colour: ruby red with purple hues.
Bouquet: typically of wine, fruity, fresh.
Taste: dry, pleasantly bitter.
